All I taste is acidity and alcohol. It Probably won't add anything for cooking either.

Fresh ripe stone fruit aromas with sweet notes. On the palate peach and apple flavors with toasty notes. Medium length, good acidity, ending with a mineral oak tang. Ok for the price!

Great 2014 wine with a good balance between being dry and smooth. Had in Jackson New Hampshire in 2017.
