Gorgeous, true to form and place, lovely acid balance that offers a nice energy and backbone. Blackberry bramble, cocoa powder, coffee bean, smoked meat, blood sausage, wet slate. Plenty of juice and charm here.

Nice blue black fruit, bright and balanced.

Jan 4th, 2018Again a restrained style but amazing wine. Nose was slightly closed. I got a distinct stone fruit (white peach?) that intertwined with the black fruit. Not overripe- great for food. Medium weight. Light tannin
