Lychee, pineapple, melon, quite floral, finishes with grapefruit rind. Chameleon wine - changes a lot in the mouth/with food. Lovely with shrimp.

One of the few whites I’ve brought home my wife showed enthusiasm for. Floral, crisp and minerals, with just a clean freshness hard to describe. Pear comes to mind on the palate. A little saline as well. High acidity begs another sip.
