Don’t really need to write very much, do I? I will say that this took a long time to open up. Was much better the second day, but if we could have restrained ourselves from finishing it another day or two would have been better. If you’re planning on having this anytime soon, give it a good 10h of decanting at a minimum. It’s still perfectly drinkable before that - the tannins are sweet - but it just doesn’t open up until later (and then it’s awesome).
