This is the kind of chardonnay that I like to serve to people who claim they don't like it. Perfect balance between acidity, showcasing of delicate fruit and peppered minerality. Gala apples, ripe honeydew, under ripe peach, lemon oil, chalk, white flowers, raw hazelnut. Perfect for thanksgiving foods, lovely alone.

A subtle approach on the nose is followed by a balanced delivery of honey crisp apple, sweet lemon & pear although not incredibly complex it is very pleasurable nonetheless.
