Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc

Simi Sauvignon Blanc 2012 - Sonoma- a decent enough $14 #wine. Orange blossoms, lime peel, green herb notes, acidity is soft.

Crisp fruity and refreshing. Well balanced for spicy foods.

Mild noted of pear, apple. Little bit sweet, hint of apricot jam. Did not pear with sheep's milk cheese or savory blue. Paired well with Cabot clothbound cheddar.

The wine was just ok. Not really a fan of Sauvignon blanc.

Surprisingly good! I like this white. Not the best in the world either.
