This produces a textured, honest Chenin unlike any other - small production below 1000 bottles

Jan 22nd, 2015After spending two months on its skin in cement, I expected an aggressively upfront wine. Instead, this is nuanced and intellectual. Smells like flesh, white flowers and dry pineapple. Slight grip but it's drinking. right. now. I like this a whole lot.

Jan 4th, 2015A funky and unconventional Chenin with a nose hinting at grapefruit, lemon rind and fennel. The palate is balanced with subtle flavours of ginger, honey, lemon curd and almond. An excellent food wine.

Jan 28th, 2017The nose screams of pear, candies ginger and mint. This wine in animali! On the palette it is all about red apple and mint with hints of lavender. Very clean but hints of oak aging. Crisp finish and lingering citrus flavors in the finish. Yum! Probably wild yeast ferm. Not for the faint of heart.
