After spending two months on its skin in cement, I expected an aggressively upfront wine. Instead, this is nuanced and intellectual. Smells like flesh, white flowers and dry pineapple. Slight grip but it's drinking. right. now. I like this a whole lot.

The nose screams of pear, candies ginger and mint. This wine in animali! On the palette it is all about red apple and mint with hints of lavender. Very clean but hints of oak aging. Crisp finish and lingering citrus flavors in the finish. Yum! Probably wild yeast ferm. Not for the faint of heart.
