I’ve loved solo in the past but the 2013 vintage is a bit flat on the finish. Flavour great...

Blackberry, raspberry, cherry, mocha, vanilla, eucalyptus and oak. Great structure and velvety tannins.

Dusty, Bordeaux style, can almost smell the vibrant acid on the nose. On the palate, calm tannins, spicy on sides of the tongue, acidity more part of the whole rather than a singular note, quite even-keeled and level-headed, concentrated. 100 percent Cab which is rare. Stags Leap single vineyard. Shockingly I liked the Geo better....it's possible this could mature into a better wine however.

Opaque purple color with alluring cherry, black raspberry, violet, leather and vanilla aromas. On the palate it's medium-bodied, and persistent with mouth-watering acidity, and polished tannins that lend to its supple and elegant character. It shows focused black currant, blackberry, red plum and vanilla flavors with a hint of cola. Long finish.
