No nose. Dry and dancing on my tongue. Some blackberry aftertaste. Very nice overall.

Pulled this one out of the cellar from our trip to Okanagan 3 years ago. We had this bottle sold to us by the wine maker himself - I remember him being friendly and so passionate about his wines. Dark crimson coloured, light bodied, smooth with light cedar, hint of smoke, cherry nibs on the nose. The palate has more of the same with cherry, rhubarb, baking spice and green bell pepper. I feel it’s currently peaking.

I have honestly never been so offended by the nose on a wine as I am with this one. If you could make a wine that smells like sweaty bum, these guys have nailed it. Unfortunately it transfers to the palate in the form of sweaty gym socks. No wine is this bad, Chaulk this one up to a bad bottle.
