ご近所のスーパーで合鴨のカツというお惣菜を買ったので、こちらのニュージーランドのピノを合わせることにした。Amazonで1975円の2023年もの。当然味わい深さには欠けますが、第三国ものにありがちな必要以上の濃さもなく、安ウマピノの教科書的なワイン。このお値段ならリピートしても良いかも。
カツは合鴨スモークの残りを使ったものだったらしく、マリアージュは成されませんでした。

料理を邪魔しないすっきりしたピノ。ニュージーランド最高。

Very light and fruity Pinot Noir, not complex. A technical wine: do the grapes matter in this wine ? It looks like very scientific: a precise winemaking (selection of yeasts, etc) is involved i think.
