Smells cleaner than most of these crazy ciders but it's not finishing well..not getting much on the back end (that's what she said?).

This is fantastic. I feel like this is what all these orange winemakers aspire to taste like. I get great fresh apple then a huge hit of funky barnyard with a nice and tart finish. Nothing like a US cider.
