Super ripe black and blue fruits, sweet nuances, eucalyptus, mint. The mouthfeel is so smooth with a long delicious finish.

Overrated Shiraz, lacking finesse and elegance. Tastes like a $20 Shiraz, but costs more than $50. Harsh and rough, and a real disappointment.

I've never appreciated this wine as much as i have now and one bottle isn't nearly enough. It's notes through from tart blackberry through to raspberry coulis. The menthol and mint is quite powerful as a layer of melted white chocolate and tiramisu come through. Palate is bright red fruited through to black cherries and almost a cabernet-like blackcurrant mid palate. The finest bite of tannin and very bright juicy acidity. A long, lingering finish only adds to how bloody good this gem is

A syrupy, bang-filled, typically South Australian Shiraz. We drank this after a day of bubbles - prosecco and champagne. This was a decided move across to the other side of the board. Robust and powerful and yet went surprisingly well with leftover cold cuts.
