Jul 18th, 2017It's almost criminal not to drink a great Rosé on a day like today. Pale rust color with a bouquet of strawberries, watermelon, and pink grapefruit. Super crisp and so bone dry with exceptional balance, as befitting a Ramey wine. 100% Syrah, this is all Provençal. Cranberries, more strawberries, peaches, and rose petals on the nose. Dry, peppery finish with a nice touch of minerality. Second labels are definitely where its at people.
