Apple, pithy lemon, grapefruit, hay, wet river rock and hints of stone fruit. Great acidity and minerality.

This was a nice surprise and not what I was expecting. Very balanced with a bit of texture from of the wine seeing neutral oak. Much more pouilly fume than sweet tropical fruit cali sav blanc.

Delicious juice. Remind me of a lemon and cream candy. Hints of lime and honeysuckle Great acidity and so crisp and refreshing. Definitely one of my go-tos for summer whites!

Pretty pale straw color in the glass. The nose tells you everything you'll need to know about this wine. Incredibly lively with notes of green apples, lemon zest, and fresh cut grass. Light bodied even for a Sauvignon Blanc, there's some really nice acidity and minerality happening here.
On the palate, two words immediately come to you: crisp and clean. Green apples everywhere, along with lime, orange slices, and lemon meringue pie. There's also pears and a cornucopia of citrus going on. Such a enjoyable, refreshing wine.
