This is drinking beautifully. Lots of satiny dark red and purple fruit with a long silky finish. No evidence of age just a great wine with lots of acid.

Though I've rated this higher in the past, it is still quite enjoyable with strong fruit (mostly plum), a soft texture and a nice long finish.

Well defined example of mountain fruit based Cabernet. Nose that exudes molten milk chocolate and cassis. Blueberries and a ensemble of dark berries take the mouth. Finish is long and balanced with soft tannins.

Dark cherries and a slight acetone start on the nose, with a little bit of damp wood undertones. This wine was a beautiful garnet red with slight bricking on the edges. Palate was coated with cherries throughout and a little tomato. Also a little heat and noticeable acidity. Moderate tannins (6.5/10) and moderate body, both very well integrated. Moderate finish that carried a little heat and cherries throughout. Very interesting wine. Not sure if acidity will dissipate with time or if this needs to be drunk asap. Drink till (hopeful thoughts) 2023.

Beautiful Cabernet that is drinking quite well now with many years still ahead of it. Black cherries, currants and blackberries explode on the palate, soft and jammy, silky tannins and low acidity. Great, long finish.

If someone for some wild reason gave you a red bell pepper creme brûlée, this is what it would smell like. Loving my napa cabs lately, especially 09s. Young but developing really well here. Black plums and dates on the nose, blackberry reduction on the palate. Mossy earth and a nutmeg and fennel like spice to it. Long finish that really impresses.

Proof that wine can transcend everything when it comes down to an experience with the wine. This is in perfect shape and likely peaking right now. This is huge, silky and full on delicious. Shut off the analytical and just sit back and enjoy the yum factor. #2002

Still a behemoth at 7 years. Very nice sense of place. Tell tale spring mountain fruit--like Barnett rattlesnake or Keenan. Similar to Togni but less nuanced.
