This Sherrah Pet Nat is made from the Fiano grape and it hails from McLaren Vale in South Australia.
It’s definitely a fresh and fun fizzy. It’s a cloudy pale yellow white hue in the glass. It’s a bit herbaceous, a bit citrusy and a bit bready on the nose. In the mouth it’s zesty and quirky as it dances across the palate.
