An easy-to-drink red but with some body to make it interesting rather than forgettable. Reminded me of a medium-to-light pinot noir. Apparently pairs well with Caribbean foods but didn’t actually pair well with hot food (cajun) for me at all, quite the opposite! Would prefer to pair it with a BBQ, eg steak. — 6 years ago
