Dec 11th, 2021Quality fruit. There is a vegetal note to both nose and palate. Spinach? This is so saturated with deep blue and black fruit with a really profound fine quality depth. Cool climate but with enough body. Only thing missing is tannin and with more@structure this would be outstanding. Bit like Domenica but with more body.

Just ripe, freah strawberry with white pepper, varietally accurate, very clean, flawless, direct, transparent. Exciting? Perhaps not, but clean and veryvl well made.
