Shangri-La “Sacred Land – Legend” Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage 2020
Shangri-La, Yunnan, China 🇨🇳

Overview
Cabernet Sauvignon thrives in the high-altitude plateau under the Meili Snow Mountain. This bottling showcases Shangri-La’s unique terroir — combining altitude freshness with deep mountain intensity.

Aromas & Flavors
On the nose: Blackberry, black cherry, mature vanilla, mountain herbs. As for the Palate: Full-bodied, luscious dark fruit, layers of cocoa and spice. Striking finish with lingering, layered tannins with a touch of plateau minerality.

Mouthfeel
Rich, rounded, with soft but persistent tannins and comfortable acidity. A wine of structure and harmony.

Winemaking Notes
Blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. Fermented and aged carefully to preserve both fruit purity and complexity.

Food Pairing
Roast lamb, braised pork belly, or Sichuan beef with mild spice.

Verdict
A wine that surprises even seasoned tasters — elegant, structured, and distinctly expressive of its Shangri-La plateau origin. World-class potential.
Cheers! 🥂
