Dry med plus tannins Med acidity. A good Cab Franc for NY but i still prefer Shaw cab Franc that has more structure and smoother integrated balance

Not as rich as the 2017 (this is 2018), but another excellent cab franc from one of the best red wine makers in the Finger Lakes.

Very plum and dark fruit. Does not have the green ripeness sometime you can get. Lush mouthfeel with solid tannins on the finish. Very good wine from a winery that coaxes a lot from red grapes. Drink now though.

Decent expression of Cab Franc. Gentle touch with the winemaking, slight secondary characteristics from the 5 year in bottle.

One of the best Cab Francs I've ever had in the Finger Lakes. But I just can't stand Cab Franc. I don't like the flavour and finish of the grape. But this is a passable version.

On the sour cherry side rather than black cherry.
