Dec 26th, 2021Very plum and dark fruit. Does not have the green ripeness sometime you can get. Lush mouthfeel with solid tannins on the finish. Very good wine from a winery that coaxes a lot from red grapes. Drink now though.

One of the best Cab Francs I've ever had in the Finger Lakes. But I just can't stand Cab Franc. I don't like the flavour and finish of the grape. But this is a passable version.
