First time for Hillside Select. Did not disappoint. All you cab geeks have something behind your argument!

Count today as a "spoiled" day. Couldn't love Doug Shafer any more.

Great vintage, great name, great bottling. One of the best.

This is an amazing wine and then vintage of the Napa cab variety - the total definition of big bold and beautiful - This bottle is just like the others I had from Hillside select - if I could just drink everyday I would be bored but smiling

Decanted so far three hours - only had a sip so far - just incredible - takes all the distractions away and clears the mind

Notes are color and smell are the usual kick ass normalization we all spoken about previously and RP got this one right as it was rated 💯 but from there the taste is magical and the finish is as good as the Cubs finally winning the World Series

This was perfect Pulled from cellar and decanted for 2 hours - true Napa - great structure - smooth - deep purple color - stated on the tongue - just wish I had a case instead of three
