The grapes are cultivated in Dorne, and then aged for 8 seasons in Valyrian steel vats, before being transported to Castle Black for further aging in northern oak casks, forged by Gendry Baratheon with the help of Maester Tarly. Winemaker Tyrion Lannister definitely pays his debts with this effort, with an elegant wine with notes of giants milk, wildfire, and milk of the poppy.

Very fruity nose, raspberries, medium body, fruit forward with lingering baking spices and pepper tannins. Works perfectly with our BBQ ribs before the GoT finale!!!
