Nice body and decent acidity. Reminiscent of a falanghina, shares a lot of qualities but still holds its own.

I shouldn’t have brushed my teeth before drinking this. Tastes like fluoride. A hint of mint. Whitening effect. But really. It’s mineralogy is nearly overpowering. On the nose it smells like soil. Acidity everywhere. Something new to my palate.

Spring is coming as so are aspargus dishes. This went great with aspargus risotto we had to balance the rarher meat filled easter menu
