Such a wild wine. That color tells the story. Kind of like salmon rust. Nose is brambly raspberry, high toned minerals and white pepper. Lovely spice and serious aromatics. Just unreal. Palate is so elegant with terrific mousse and major salinity. Like major salinity. Lovely inner mouth aromas and great concentration. Long finish, but needs a few hours as then it gets insane. Great presence and finish.

Damn. Still one of my favorite roses. Made by the old man.
Nose: fascinating. Red roses. Mineral. Toast. Lemon flower.
Palate: mineral cherries. So bright. Linear. Perfect. So clean. Flawless. Like. A diamond. Complex. Fruit. Acidity. Grippy yet weightless.
Long.
Champagne lovers should buy this by the case.

Palate is yeast and minerals. So crazy juicy. Very long. Bright. Not a fruit forward rose. All about precision with a hint of red fruits. Like precise raspberries but perfectly blended with minerals. Wow. The precision here is CRAZY. As it opens a lovely touch of bitterness. Currant.
A must own wine for bubble heads. So well made. Very distinctive and geeky. Well over $100 if this were Champagne. Well.
