Had the 2015 vintage on February 23, 2016. Beautiful orange apricot color, nose was muted but citrus and white blossom came through. A very heady rose that could benefit from some cellar time and probably a few hours in the decanter.

Feb 12th, 2016Pale apricot in color. Notes of peach, roses, asparagus, and some hints of animal. Medium acidity, medium minus sugar. Someone said it reminded them of Provence. Interesting use of Nebbiolo for sure.
