1hr+ decant. Dark purple color. Cedar, mint, and anise on the nose. Tamer on the palate with dark cherries. Lovely texture but medium minus depth. Short finish. The best of the Sequoia Grove single vineyard cabs, but still overpriced.

What a joy to find a truly balanced Napa Cab, lighter in weight and higher is acidity, it presents as an old world style with CA fruit, from a historic vineyard estate in Oak Knoll, even better enjoying it with a Lamoreaux family member at the table, this one is worth seeking out.

Single vineyard is always excellent. 2013 is drinking great. Open but still complex and earthy.
