Pale straw w/greenish hue: big time grapefruit & grassy, some lime & guava - SB nose. On the palate it is juicy & lively, lip smacking tart citrus, minerals, lanolin. Summer wine - didn’t excel w/seafood pasta, bit rough around the edges.

Purchased at Willow Mercantile and love the cool crisp flavors. Nice finish on tongue would most certainly drink while cooking, sitting in the sun or with pasta or fish
