Mosel acidity. Lively fruit and floral notes. Great all around good wine especially with spicy foods or those with lots of pepper.

Tried at opening. Then after 4 days. Then after 8. Tremendous on all 3 occasions, but best on Day 8 #riesling best grape on earth

Beautiful floral notes, sweet and expressive German Riesling. Good acidity! Loved.

Drank in Joshua Tree with Packer

Just a bunch of green apple. But it paired great with spicy schezuan

Drank this with tom kha gai soup (chicken coconut Thai soup) and it was an amazing pairing. The fruit forward sweetness of the reisling went beautifully with the sweetness of the corn in the soup, while the citrus of the wine went amazingly well with the lemongrass in the soup.

Evolving beautifully. Honeyed sweetness balanced with bracing, tense acidity. Showing hints of secondary floral aromatics. Opens up into a fascinating peach/almond elixir. Fantastic.

Juicy notes can of peach, golden apple and tangerine with just a hint of bright, slate-y minerality. More peach and ripe apple fruit on palate but the wine lacks just a touch of minerality and cut. While not super complex it is fun to drink.

Solid tasty Riesling with fun peach, orange and crisp apple fruit. Supple, juicy and easy drinking.
