The Reserva is complex, bold and great value. Macabeo & Parellada grown on the Penedes estate. Rich with aromas of stone fruits and biscuit notes. Palate is crisp with apple and dried fruit flavors, some smoky notes and ending with generous burst of yeasty mineral tones. Good mousse and bubble flow. Tasting Sample.

Tried another bottle of this premium Cava, a blend of macabeo and parellada from the Penedes region. Straw with nice tiny bubble flow. Complex aromas of stone fruits and baking spice. The palate shows crisp red apple flavors on this Reserva along with mineral and yeasty notes. Steady stream of bubbles bring this Cava to a medium length finish ending with mineral tones. Nice value.

Blend of Macabeo (75%) and Chardonnay (25%). Light golden color. Aromas of white flowers, shortbread, dried apple, honey and a hint of smoke. Fruit forward pear and green apple on the palate with notes of honey, pastry and lemon/lime. Light bodied and crisp. Quite concentrated.
