With a burnt salmon color, this Cava is made from the Pinot Noir grape. I noticed aromas of sweet apple and citrus. Frothy mousse with small plentiful bubbles. Not overly complex the palate of this Cava was sweet and tangy with orange and apricot and toasty notes. Finishes medium.
