Yummy Zinfandel. With a spicy stirfry last night and cheese and crackers tonight.
Why in the world would anyone vote for either Ted Cruz or Donald Trump?! Both clearly dangerous and unfit for public office.

Red cherry, strawberry jam, baking spice, nutmeg and violet. M acid and body. M+ tannin. A bit of a short finish.

Pretty good Zin with nice balance of fruit though I could use more on the fade. But we enjoyed it!!

Juicy, Dense core of Red plum, dark purple fruit, fig with undercurrents of violets and coffee. Mouth coating, but with an exceptional bright refreshing acidity that recalls an Italian wine, but accompanied by bright Thai pepper spice and some tannic structure on the finish, maybe from the petite Syrah in the blend. Good length that reminds me of biting into a fresh damson plum. Super enjoyable and well balanced. Feels like it's at its absolute peak.
