Big rich wine. A bit bigger than I usually drink. Nicely softened by some age. Seems to be a good age; 7-8 years seems about right for most of these Sonoma Zin blends. One hour decant and cellar temp did this wonders. Edit: I liked this much better the next day. Still plenty of dark fruited power but much more integrated.

We have enjoyed Seghesio for years but tonight was our first time for the Pagani Heritage Red and the only way to describe it is just one word "Fantastic". Just do it.
