
2007 Caravina in April 2023. Has held up well and a pretty good wine. Medium body, fruit holding, color strong. Has the Seavey minerals as well. A bit hot in the finish (15.2 percent plus age). Drink up for sure.

Specs,
. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 19 months in French oak casks, 525-case .
Parker 94 back then, definitely better than that now.
I’d buy more if I could find it.
