Aromas and flavors of red cherry, blackberry and raspberry with underlying oak. Fruity notes are complemented by additional layers of chocolate & vanilla.

Very interesting wine. Super dark and rich wine, not typical for Pinot Noir varietal. Black berry fruit, leather. Excellent pairing with bacon wrapped dates drizzled with balsamic glaze.
