This has a tinge of pink color and is in drink now phase. Sour cherry and ginger on the palate. Still very good but beginning to lose some of the cohesion between flavors and mouthfeel.

Dec 25th, 2024Very different from the last vintage with much less bread-like and yeast type character. Still very good with a beautiful pale rose color and medium sized bubbles. The fruit aromatics show strawberry and citrus and there is a toasty character although not as strong as the 2012. Will look forward to revisiting with the next bottle side by side with a 2012.
