Outpost East Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon

Wine was showing great, big blue fruits, some red fruits, cocoa, tobacco, coffee, medium plus tannins, medium minus acidity.

Young but very approachable.

Yum! Seriously inky stuff here. Peppery, plums, black currants on the nose. Very spicy and polished on the palate. Full bodied and silky at the same time. Like it a lot.

First time having this. Dinner with friends at Peggy's on the Green and three bottles later proved to be a crowd pleaser.

Mountain fruit baby!

Rich and juicy with deep black fruits (blackberries, black currants) black olives, oak (vanilla) and chocolate. The tannins have softened and are open and smooth. The flavor intensity is pronounced. This wine is showing really well right now and will continue to approve with age.

Savory tapenade and dried herbs to balance the black currant fruit. My kind of Napa cab!
