"I. After is Always Before" Estate Pinot Noir

2012. Wonderful wine. Great folks at the winery. Hard to fine , but well worth seeking out. Very harmonious wine. Not as alcohol laden as some CA Pinot.

85- pepper and blueberry pie

A little bit of funk and rubber up front, deep undertones of black cherry, cola, oak. Little VA, great structure, integrated tannins, little hot for a Pinot.

Notes of strawberry and blueberry at the front end with a touch of pepper and very delicate tannins. Really enjoyed it. Wish we had a couple more bottles.

Light and easy. Chicken Ceasar salad

So much juice and fruit, you wonder about having a second bottle.

Very fruity and acidic

Light and a bit earthy. Very nice.

Gord says a lot of his friends are into this winery. Very pleasant, rich ripe fruit, integrated tannins, structured. Probably some native fermentation, says Gord. I like it. Lots of dimensions to it. At Vini in Davis.
