Vineyard 1869 Old Vine Zinfandel

Truncated family party notes. This wine was so relaxed and comfortable in its skin. Deep flavors. Soft, luxurious texture. Vines this old are so quietly confident they don’t feel the need to try to impress anyone. I hope I reach this state someday.

Fantastic, rich, full bodied. Amazingly smooth. Extreme Berry’s with a hint of chocolate in the finish. Scott Harvey at his best

One of the best Zinfandels we’ve ever had.

After three wonderful Iron Horse wines, this was a sensational wrap up for Labor Day weekend. We love the way Scott’s Zinfandels age.

Looked forward to this all week. Didn’t disappoint.

Dark cherries aroma. Initial burst of cherries then raspberries then pepper then a dry quick finish.

One of the finest Zins made anywhere.
