Mountain Selection Amador County Syrah

A great year for both Barbera and Syrah. As usual, Scott nailed it.

Very nice. Heavier hitting but balanced. Tabacco and earth tones with dark red fruit that is not balanced.

Wonderful example of a fruity young Syrah.

First rate Syrah.

Nice, but not as robust as we expected from a Scott Harvey Syrah. Didn’t seem past its prime, just lighter than we expected.

Absolutely amazing. Needs decanting. Incredible the second day.
