Tonight as we spring forward I am drinking a very nice 2007 Schloss Schönborn Nussbrunnen Kabinett Riesling. On the nose I am receiving very good fruit, apricot, pear, apple. I also get honeycomb, ginger, and a light petrol note. On the palate I have a full and enjoyable mouthfeel with notes of apricot, nectarine, honey, ginger, and citrus. There is a very nice acidity that lasts long on the tongue and a very good minerality. This wine still at this age is showing very young. I believe I originally purchased this wine for around $16.99.
