Estate Rheingau Riesling

Bright, funky, clean

Solid. Feel sorry for folks that don't get Riesling.

Ripe and sweet with bracing acids to hold all in balance. Tamed a ghost pepper curry.

Terrific match w crab & corn starter. Bright lemon custard, orange blossom w a backbone of fine activity. Solid

Stinky/sulfury at first but it dissipates to reveal a charming secondary profile.

Wonderfully easy and fresh. Off dry, lime and apple. Not at all complex but yummy. $17

Not much length, but fairly complex - lovely light honey florals and acidity

Tight acid holds it together. Traditional style. Yum with Thai.

Limestone, nectarine, and lemon zest on the nose; fruitier than expected for kabinett- white peach, lime sorbet, finishing with verve. Good.

Drinking well but could still use a few more years aging
