Lovely liveliness, lemony character, lime peel finish. Clean, pure and fairly typical if a bit lean for old school Kabinett style.

Both the 2018 and 2019 have a lot of flint in the nose.

Nice, smooth, hint of apple cider and tangerine flavor,

Paired perfectly with raw marinated tuna with lime dressing.
