This has evolved beautifully, and is just fantastic now....good contrast to the 2018s I've been drinking of late. On the nose, amazing minerality, salinity, a touch of petrol and peach, then lemon oil. The nose just totally engrosses me. On the palate, amazing acidity, good density and loads of mineral extract. Slathered in lime, wet stone, peach, and a tangy, dense finish. Amazing.
