Simple, little spritz left, similar to a dry Riesling, heading towards being past it's prime. Would have liked to try a few years back.

Light citrus smell with undertones of melon. Strong sour notes with tastes of lemon followed by a nice crisp acid finish. More of a food wine. Not so much by itself.
