Very fine on the palate with impeccable balance and very fine, polished tannins. This comes across as quite dense yet very light at the same time. Nice precision & depth + a good, long finish.
Blind I would name this as a red Chassagne. Lovely, and a touch better vs the 2016.

Sep 19th, 2020Plum & raspberry, herby whiff and (nice) wood accents. Light on the palate but with good grip. Great structure, nice juicy, polished tannins, cool acidity. This is clearly more Burgundian than Spätburgundian. And very, very nice. A drinking delight already now, but will improve.
