Pew pew acid, mellows over a few mins to chalky green Apple with a hint of honey. — 3 years ago
Very Burgundian, with light cherry and strawberry & cream on the nose. Plus a touch of undergrowth / mushroom soup.
Very fine on the palate with impeccable balance and very fine, polished tannins. This comes across as quite dense yet very light at the same time. Nice precision & depth + a good, long finish.
Blind I would name this as a red Chassagne. Lovely, and a touch better vs the 2016. — 4 years ago
Wine Soda, my face look like Yoda. Rap. — 2 years ago
Ripe, fruitforward & not shy at all, this offers plenty of ripe red fruit paired with mushroomy undergrowth, fresh air & pinch of exotic spices.
On the palate this is ripe & quite plush yet with this beautiful juicy, sappy acidity that lifts everything up and keeps it balanced & poised. The wood is seamlessly integrated and the tannin mgnt is impeccable.
To me, this is halfway between a good Pommard and a Volnay with a nod towards the opulence of new world Pinots.
Great drinkability paired with character & elegance. Sublime. — 4 years ago
Merlot rose, spontaneously fermented, with skin contact, no filtration or sulfur added. Great purity and energy, with crunchy fruit and a slight tannic grip. This will work with any type of food, but also without - the drinkability factor is dangerously high! — 5 years ago

Very drinkable, tastes like a dry apple cider and similar to a hefeweizen beer. — 4 years ago
