Razor sharp acidity. Refreshingly citrus, pickled ginger. Had a reductive nose at opening but blew off. I’d like this more if it had some RS -

Very good! Give this guy all the time in bottle you can stand or decant for an hour.

Mama likes her acid

huge attack, yeasty, all there but disjointed at the moment.

Nose: intense white and yellow flowers. Expansive. Hints of grapefruit peel. Complex. An element of aged profundity.

Palate: the wall of flavor. Mineral. Citrus. Dense. Elegant. Grippy. A minor hint of slutty sexiness. Grapefruit.

Nose: aged Riesling

Plate : depth. See t lemon. Sick palate cling.

Palate: dense. Yellow fruits. Tasty. Muted. As it opens lemon peel.

Delightful. Immediate lime zest smack in the face.

Natural sweetness that comes though it’s not oaky or residual sugar. Just a roundness to the wine that helps balance the lime.

This wine is good with Mexican and some spice.

Palate: aged Riesling a bit. Mineral. Green apple.
