Bockenauer Kabinett Riesling

Tropical fruit, white pepper, light petrol and lanolin undertone with a refreshingly crisp acidity. Kabinett, but the perception of sugar is almost Spatlese level. A beautiful Nahe Riesling that paired wonderfully with ahi tuna tartare with avocado cream sauce and arugula.

A lush tropical smoothie. Passionfruit, pine-apple, tangy citrus bitterness in the finish. Frothy, satisfying and utterly drinkable at 7,5% ABV.

Clean, crystal clear, but aromatically shy and slightly devoid of tension and pazzazz.

The last of one of the most interesting wines I've ever tasted. Busting with zest and flavor.

Lemon-lime-melon, petillant, amazing freshness, acidity and minerality. Clean and not too sweet. Though not that complex nor deep, this is a absolute delight to drink and get reinvigorated. Light on its feet and thirst quenching, it could easily be misstaken for a Mosel wine.
