Wow, super green fruit and prominent vegetal notes on the nose. Serious forest floor, almost like licorice or black olives. The palate is similar, silky, with ripe, sharp plums and red fruits, a nice acidity that is well integrated, not sharp, and similar block olive, moss, mushroom and vegetal notes you see in the finest burgundies, with some light florals dancing along a reasonably long finish. Definitely a finer wine than they’re given credit for.

Friggin’ delicious. Drinks like a $40+ Pinot for less than $20! Fresh tilled soil, minerals, red cherry & cranberry notes. Medium bodied. No jam.
