Slate and black cherry in the aromas and palate. Strong tannins need to be timed with decanting.

Very bright flavor with a dry sour note at the end. Dark taste, not for beginners

The 2016 is even better than the 2015 which got 97 points from Decanter, in my opinion.

Really enjoyed this wine with well balanced fruit and tannins. One glass on day one but day two with dinner is where the rating comes from.
